This is an old Hofco House - they are no longer made, but back in the day - Hofco was the gold standard for dollhouse kits.  This house is completely wired - even the fireplace lights up!  Wallpaper and Flooring installed.  Includes Porch Swing. This is a really good value!! For Local Pittsburgh Area Customers only - you must pick this house up at the store.
