This house is WAY cool!  A handcrafted original, with an amazing spiral staircase.  I can see some little girl having years of fun playing with this....but I can also see an adult, such as myself, having fun furnishing it.  What you are seeing on the floors are actually templates, so that you can easily cut flooring or carpeting to fit.  Already decorated and papered.  It is completely wired with working lights!!  I LOVE IT!  For Local Pittsburgh Area Customers only - we can not ship this one!
